Advanced Call Forwarding
This feature allows you to forward your incoming calls to different phone numbers during different time slots on any selected day. You can set up the Advance Forwarding for customized times of the day, any day of the week. For example, you can set up your smart call forwarding number to:
- Route calls received from Monday thru Friday between 9:00AM and 6:00PM to your office line.
- Route calls received from Saturdays thru Sunday between 10:00AM and 1:00PM to your mobile.
- Route calls received on Sunday between 1:00PM and 6:00PM directly to your voice mail.
- Advanced Forwarding combinations are unlimited, so you can create the Advance Forwarding rule that best fits your needs!
The Advanced IVR or Interactive Voice Response feature allows you to set up a greeting system to manage the incoming calls via a telephone keypad. The Advance IVR enables your organization to lower costs and improve customer service.
In addition to the IVR feature, you can take advantage of our free PBX service, which allows you to set a private telephone network to connect the incoming calls with any internal telephone extension within your company.
This feature lets you register up to 4 back-up ring-to phone numbers to answer a call in case the main number is busy.
When you receive a call and the main number does not answer in a certain number of seconds (the time is set by you), then the system instantly dials the next ring-to number that you registered. If that number is busy as well, then it goes to the next ring-to registered number.
Black & White Lists
This feature permits you to create Black and White phone numbers list based on area codes or phone numbers. The system will automatically reject the incoming calls from the area codes or phone numbers that are included in the ‘Black List’. The system will only connect the incoming calls from the area codes or phone numbers programmed in the ‘White List’.
Each country has a different ringback tone, so to increase the local appeal of your Local or Toll Free Number, we added the Local Ring Tone feature with the 40 most used unique ringback tones.
Once this feature is active, when someone dials your Local or Toll Free Number, the caller will hear the corresponding ringback tone of their country, which will make him/her feel more comfortable.
We have the 40 unique ringback tones used by all the countries of the world. All you need to do is to assign the ringback tone that corresponds to your Local or Toll Free Number.
With the Simultaneous Ringing feature you can forward calls from your Local or Toll Free number to two or more phone numbers. These numbers will ring at the same time and the system will automatically connect the call to the first number that takes the call.
This feature maximizes the benefits of your Local or Toll Free Forwarding Number. Activating the Forward-Fax feature will enable your Local or Toll Free Forwarding Number to receive and forward faxes directly to your email as an image file. Please note that a successful fax transmission depends on many factors and some numbers may not be suitable for this feature.

Record a personalized greeting for your system to let your callers know that they will soon be connected with your phone number.
Every time someone dials your local or toll free number they will listen to your custom greeting message while the system connects the call. For example, if you record ‘Welcome to Innovative Solutions, please wait while we connect your call’, then this message will be played right after a caller dials your local or toll free number.
Voicemail & VM to Email
When activated, ‘Voicemail’ will answer if your existing phone is busy or does not answer. You can also activate the ‘Do Not Disturb’ option which automatically sends every call to your voice mail.
To access your recorded messages, just dial your Global Call Forwarding number and go to your voice mail menu. You can also use the Voicemail to Email feature to access your recorded messages from your smart phone or computer.
This feature is available with our Advanced IVR and enables you to forward calls from a predefined country code to a specific phone number. With this feature you can route the calls coming from different countries to specific phone numbers. For example: forward calls from Spain to a call center with Spanish speaker agents.
